Cascade Surgical Staff

	Tracy Kohls - Surgery Benefit Coordinator Tracy Kohls is the referral/surgery authorization coordinator. She joined Cascade Surgical Partners in 1999. Her job includes calling patients insurance companies to get benefits and eligibility for their upcoming surgery. She provides this information to our patients prior to their surgery allowing them to be aware of their out of pocket expenses prior to any surgery.
	Tammy Lloyd, CPC - Office Coordinator Tammy Lloyd has been on staff with Cascade Surgical Partners since 1997. As the office coordinator, her job is to make sure that the office runs smoothly and that the staff and patients are comfortable and happy. She is also responsible for the billing and surgical coding for the office. In 1999, she received her certification in procedural coding from the American Academy of Professional Coders and each year she completes hours of continuing education to keep her certification current. She is happy to be part of a team of people who are dedicated to bringing a comfortable and welcoming environment to the patients they serve.
	Melinda Logan - Front Desk Receptionist Melinda Logan is the front desk receptionist at Cascade Surgical Partners. She is in charge of scheduling and patient check in. She also verifies patient records and insurance referrals for upcoming appointments. In addition to these duties, she is in charge of medical records. Melinda joined CSP in 2004. She believes that being the first person someone sees, when checking in to the office, is very important. By setting the tone for the office and treating each person with kindness, her goal is to make each patient's visit as pleasant as possible.
	Kay Perrault, LPN - Kay Perrault joined Cascade Surgical Partners in 2001. Her role as a licensed practical nurse is to understand each patient's individual needs and concerns as well as assist the surgeons in an office setting. Surgery is a journey and Kay strives to help patients feel as comfortable preoperatively as well as postoperatively. Her one-on-one relationship with patients is paramount, yet they can take advantage of the strength of this group practice. The entire staff continually aspires to make the patient's experience at CSP a positive one. She enjoys helping people and values the relationships she's developed.
	Linda Smith, RN - Registered Nurse Linda Smith is our Registered Nurse and assists our physicians with patient care both pre and post operatively. She's been with Cascade Surgical Partners since 1999. Her goal is to make the surgery experience go as smoothly as possible for the patient. She schedules surgeries, give patients preoperative instructions, and answers any questions they may have. She encourages patients to call with any concerns either before or after surgery and does her best to answer any questions the same day. She believes in communicating the patient's concerns to the physician promptly as well. Surgery can be a frightening prospect for most people. Linda's hope is to relieve those fears and make things as pleasant for patients as possible.
